Crafting your narrative and supporting it with a data science specific resumé, LinkedIn profile, project portfolio and git repo
Setting structure for the job search; key behaviors and simple tips to keep focus and make progress
Getting what you deserve; advice for networking, meetings, interviews and negotiations (as well as a review of data scientist salary data!)

Bio: 

Chris Neimeth is founder and CEO of Erebus, a consultancy providing angel investment and strategic resources for data focused start-ups. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of NYC Data Science Academy, where he has worked with hundreds of established and aspiring data scientists on career development.
Chris has been building and running data dependent organizations for more than twenty years with roles including: CEO of Salon Media Group, Executive Vice President of Ticketmaster, President/CEO of Real Media, Senior Vice President for The New York Times Company Digital, and founder of Grey Interactive. He has twice served at the Aspen Institute Forum on Communication and Society, and is a two time elected Director of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
