Abstract: 

I'll walk through the work involved with performing the supporting analysis for the 2020 and 2021 SOC Survey. These surveys represent a collection of hundreds of detailed responses then the follow-on assessment. I'll use the constructed Jupyter notebook from 2020 to show how to formulate the data normalization and analysis. The 2021 data, which was collected using a different survey system will be used for the exercises, and provide a set a tasks for you to accomplish the objectives set forth. I'll share all the "mistakes" I made and how I figure out how to move past them, to provide optimal insight for your training and development.

Bio: 

Christopher Crowley has 20 years of experience managing and securing networks,
