Amplifying the User Experience by Defining User Journeys with Snowplow

In this use case demonstration, discover how Snowplow enables companies operating a two-sided marketplace to better take control of their data, customize their data collection process and ensure consistent tracking across multiple sources. Taking insight from use case with Foodsby, a leading lunch delivery service for office professionals, Nienke will explore how defining separate user journeys, evaluating shared user space and finding commonalities between the distinct user groups during implementation enables the team to amplify the user experience on both sides of the marketplace.

Nienke is Data Consultant at Snowplow Analytics. Snowplow is a data delivery platform that collects and operationalizes behavioral data, at scale. With a love for sharing information and ideas, Nienke has helped many data teams improve their capability by advising on implementation, tracking design and data modeling. While Nienke studied Neurobiology at the University of Utrecht, she soon switched to technology, analytics and e-commerce.
