Abstract: Generative AI can be a powerful driver of human productivity by improving data and text generation capabilities, streamlining processes, and assisting in various tasks. However, human-AI collaboration is not just about using machines to automate tasks and generate data. Rather, it is about creating a powerful partnership between humans and machines, where each brings their own strengths. We are currently researching ways to enable effective human-AI collaboration in the workplace, where humans can guide and supervise AI to ensure the quality of processes, and AI can augment human creativity and decision-making. In this talk, I will share our research agenda on human-AI collaboration and demonstrate how leveraging the strengths of both humans and AI can lead to better outcomes.
