How To Upgrade

The ODSC team is standing by to help with your upgrades.  If you have access to our Virtual Conference Slack Channel – ODSCVirtual – Go to the channel titled Upgrade which you can find HERE and request an upgrade. If you haven’t downloaded slack yet, here are the instructions and also check your registration email for an invite.

If you don’t have slack installed you can go to the Info Desk at the Virtual conference and click on Support -> Chat -> Attendee Support and request an upgrade there.

If you do not have a registration or access to the Virtual Conference platform you can email us at info@odsc and enter Upgrade in the subject and the team will respond with 15 minutes –  8AM to 5 PM EST
