You can access the Booth Setup page through the email received from Vfairs (noreply@vfairs.com)

You can access Virtual Conference through live.staging6.odsc.com
The booth setup link was sent to the point of contact at your company and Booth Rep accounts were added and created in the process of setting up the booth. Please check with your colleague that was in touch with ODSC and if you still have the problem getting login credentials, join slack channel: odscpartners.slack.com and ODSC representative will help you.
You need to login through live.staging6.odsc.com, go to AI Expo Hall and click on your booth. After that, you can simply start connecting with attendees.
You can access your virtual booth on April 16th from 10.30 AM to 5 PM at the time of the Virtual Conference.
You will be able to see which attendees are present at your booth and you can start communicating with them through chat, video or audio. You will also have the opportunity to see who is in the queue to start chatting with you if you don’t prefer to have a conversation with multiple attendees at the same time. We strongly encourage you to visit our lounge area and network with attendees there.
Yes, the notification will appear in the format of the pop up at your screen.
You can get in touch with ODSC staff at any time during Virtual Conference through Partner channel: odscpartners.slack.com, Info Desk at Virtual Conference or by getting in touch directly with your point of contact at ODSC.
Attendees will have the option to collect your swag bags, but you can definitely remind them to do so when having a conversation with them.
If you believe something should be added to your booth, please get in touch with us through ODSC Partner Slack channel:odscpartners.slack.com and we will work on the solution for you.
With your sponsor pass, you can access your virtual booth on April 16th. We are no longer limiting the number of staff you can have at your booth.
Expo hall pass means you can connect and network with other ODSC partners at their booths or you can provide it to the people you would like to host at your booth. Partner Complimentary passes give you the opportunity to watch conference talks. Your company’s point of contact should have received an email with the number of passes your company has allocated to them and how they need to claim these. You can access conference talks by clicking on the Auditorium at the ODSC Virtual Conference menu. If you have any questions, Any questions please do contact kiri-jade@odsc.com as soon as possible.
Yes, you can watch all the conference talks on demand.
If you still didn’t get information about your demo talk, please contact tushaar@odsc.com as soon as possible. All demo talks are going to be held in the Demo Theater located in AI Expo Hall.
You can use the lounge to connect and network with other lounge visitors by using Live Chat Option.
Yes. Please join odscvirtual.slack.com and ODSC representative will help you upgrade your pass. In case you want to upgrade after ODSC Virtual Conference starts in the lobby area you will see the Upgrade button.
