Attending Training, Workshops, and Talks Sessions

  • More than 60 Virtual Talks and Virtual Workshops will be recorded during the event. Please note: In-Person sessions will not be recorded.
  • If your pass includes access to some / all of the virtual recordings, you will receive instructions for accessing them via email following the conference. Important: Please allow a few weeks for preparation and post-production.
  • Following their sessions, most speakers will share their presentations with us, so that we may share them with you.
  • Throughout and following the conference, we will post links to session slides on our website as we receive them. All available slides will be posted within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the event.

Note: Many of the virtual sessions will be recorded (slides and audio) and made available to attendees approximately 4-6 weeks after the event. Please refrain from personal recording as speakers may want to edit the recording before release.

  • Access to all sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis.* Once you have registered, no further action is required to register for specific sessions.
  • However, you can take steps in order to ensure that you are on time and in the right place including:
    • Picking up your badge early during pre-registration
    • Arriving early to sessions
    • Using the app to view session times and rooms and receive real-time notifications of changes
  • Important note regarding Training Sessions: Training sessions will start on time as scheduled, and late arrivals may not be granted access to the room once the session is in progress. Please plan to arrive early.
  • *A limited number of seats in each session room will be reserved for VIP Pass holders.
  • Session prerequisites and downloads will be published on an ongoing basis as we receive them starting 6 weeks prior to the conference on our website and in the app. Here we will add the link for the current prereqs list. Please refer to the app for any last-minute changes.

IMPORTANT: Some software and materials required for sessions (spec. Training sessions) may include sizeable files and take significant time to download. Please do not wait until you are at the conference to review the prerequisites and downloads.

  • Laptops are not required to participate but many sessions will include work-long portions from which attendees will get the most if they have a laptop.
  • Please make sure your laptop is fully charged. We will make extra outlets available in session rooms, but they may not be accessible from all seats.
  • Wireless internet service is available throughout the Venue via the “Hynes Wireless Network”. No password is required. To make sure that everyone can get maximum access, please avoid heavy downloading and/or multiple device connections.
  • The speaker will have a hard-stop at five minutes prior to the start of the next session.  They may or may not allocate time for Q&A during their session.
  • When a given session is over, we need to turn the room over for the next session. We will have staff escort the speaker away from the front of the room to an area conducive for personal conversation without impacting the start of the next session. Please feel free to follow the staff and speaker to this area, but do not congregate in the front of the room to ask questions.
